• I wonder how the rich (and politically influential) people who make their living selling oil in the Middle East and elsewhere would perceive this situation if we were to promote de-carbonization on a global scale?

• I remember the planned blackouts across the country after the March 2011 earthquake in Japan. We had a common goal of saving electricity, but some individuals and communities must have been uncooperative. How did government or public organization encourage those uncooperative people to save electricity then??
